Trewent Management Ltd. was founded in Pembrokeshire in 2019 as an independent branch of a family business. Our Director, Samuel Thomas, is always approachable and gets involved in every aspect of the company to ensure that the services provided never fall below exceptional.
We have experts with decades of diverse property experience behind them to help advise our Landlords, and help us all achieve our vision. Experience ranges from the residential and commercial market in Wales, to social housing associations, to exquisite rental homes all across Europe.
We pride ourselves on an attentive approach towards both Tenants and Landlords. We have never allowed a tenant to believe that they could not approach us honestly about an issue, and we have always openly advised our Landlords on current affairs and potential improvements.
We are always learning, so that we can never cease to improve. Our constantly expanding knowledge and experience allows us to raise the quality and value of the homes we manage far above the comparable market, whilst still offering Tenants a level of service that no other management company can rival.

Trewent Management Ltd. was built on a vision to change the lettings market for the better. We strive to not only manage property investments to the highest standards, but to provide Landlords with the guidance and help that will allow them to become pioneers in our vision.
Our vision is to see tenants with as much, if not more pride and enjoyment in their homes than homeowners. We believe that by improving the quality of homes in the rental sector, and improving the level of service to Landlords and Tenants, that the local rental market can become stronger than ever.
With a housing crisis driving demand for rental properties skyward, we see many Landlords and Tenants alike, settling for less. We wish to change this.
By helping Landlords to provide top quality homes, and coupling that with a top-notch home management service, we make tenants happier. Our homes are sought after, and we want to see more homes this way, with happier tenants.
